The priority initiative of Florham Realty’s managing and financial directors is to purchase retail properties occupied by at least one publically traded merchant with substantial cash reserves. We purchase both single and multi-tenant sites. Our current objective is to target properties in the state of New Jersey, Arizona, and Pennsylvania that are situated in active urban or suburban neighborhoods. These properties should be located within a stable geographic and population growth area.
Today our model is to purchase properties with credit tenants with low margins of risk. These properties should reflect a conservative, but stable return on investment (ROI) as preferred by many of today’s investors. Most importantly, our management team has been targeting acquisitions with tenants that are least affected by e-commerce competition.

We welcome those who wish to diversify their investments beyond stocks, bonds, and commodities to purchase a share in private or publically traded real estate partnerships. Our investments also qualify for those who have funds in self-directed IRA plans.
